Another Chance, Another Day

Adam let go of Cybele, slowly moving to sit on the bed with her, putting his arms back around her.

Cybele burrowed close to him.

Adam hugged her tighter, looking over at Monte and Lennon.

Monte gave Adam a small smile.

Adam smiled back at him, motioning for them to come over.

Monte slowly walked over and climbed onto the bed.

Lennon hesitated before slowly walking over to the bed, sitting in the chair Adam had pulled over, looking up at them.

Cybele looked up at the two, looking at Lennon, confused.

Lennon hugged his kness to his chest, resting his head on his knees as he looked at Cybele.

"Your hair, it's longer than I remember," said Cybele.

"It grew." Lennon said, shrugging.

Cybele chuckled softly. "Well obviously smartypants."

Lennon smirked and sat up properly, running a hand through his hair.

Cybele smiled at him. "C'mere Len, I want a hug."

Seeing the others were fine while sitting with Cybele, Lennon slowly got up and climbed onto the bed as well, moving to sit in her lap.

Cybele wrapped her arms around him, playing with his hair.

Lennon gave a small smile, slowly leaning against her.

Cybele kissed the top of Lennon's head.

Lennon smiled and relaxed, looking at Cybele. "Hi mama..." He said quietly.

"Hi sweetie," Cybele smiled.

"You okay...?" Lennon asked quietly.

Cybele nodded. "I'm fine honey, there's a lot I don't remember right now, but I'm okay."

"Oh..." Lennon said, nodding. "Not hurting...?"

"Head hurts a little," Cybele replied. "but I'll be fine."

Lennon smiled at Cybele, slowly moving to hug her.
