Tainted Love

"I'm fine Monte..." Lennon sighed, slowly turning back to Sammy.

Sammy pulled Lennon close again.

Lennon rolled his eyes, but smiled and hugged her.

"You're blocking the doorway you know..." Adam said, gently poking Sammy's back, standing behind her.

Sammy rolled her eyes, but moved, pulling Lennon with her.

"Everything okay?" Adam asked, looking at Sammy.

Bradley saw Adam and quickly buried his face against Monte's shoulder, scared again.

Sammy nodded. "Everything's fine." Monte ran a ran through Bradley's hair. "It's just Dad, it's okay."

Adam smiled, moving out of the doorway to lean against the wall beside Sammy and Lennon.

"He talks noisy..." Bradley said quietly.

"I know, I know," said Monte.

"Does he always...?" Bradley asked slowly lifting his head to look at Adam.

Monte shrugged. "It's just a habit, cause of work."

"Oh right..." Bradley mumbled, rolling his eyes, liking quiet.

Monte kissed Bradley's temple

Bradley smiled, leaning closer against Monte.

Adam smiled, looking at Monte, unsure if it was okay to come closer.

"How's your hand?" Monte asked Bradley, not noticing Adam looking at him.

"Still sore..." Bredley mumbled.

"Any better at all?" Monte asked.

Bradley nodded. "A little..."

Monte nodded. "That's good."

Bradley nodded again, slowly looking around the room, pouting.

"What is it baby?" Monte asked.

"Where is she...?" Bradley asked, pouting more.

"Who?" Monte asked, slightly confused.

"Sister..." Bradley mumbled, frowning now.

"Probably dealing with all the paperwork stuff you can't," said Monte.

"Oh...right." Bradley said, sighing before lying down and closing his eyes.
